amazing poolswell trained staffliving reefcomplimentary breakfast
the island has amazing pools and activities that can fill your holiday. the living reef is great, and the staff working there are knowledgeable. it is a very nice place for families with small children. i really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the well-equipped gym.
the corridors looked untidy and the stairwells could use some cleaning. i noticed kangaroo droppings in several areas.

the resort features several pools and a swim-up bar. there is an underwater aquarium for viewing the coral reef ecosystem. the resort also offers free water activities for all guests.

the staff throughout the resort are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet has many options and the staff keeps everything well-stocked. the service at the infinity restaurant was very attentive.

The rooms are spacious and modern with amazing views. the hotel encourages skipping room cleans and provides money off. the air conditioning works perfectly. This provided relief from the tropical weather.

The resort is situated on an island surrounded by a coral beach. there are secluded spaces for enjoying views in silence. the location is perfect. This makes it a quiet hotel.

the pools were lovely. i enjoyed the massages too. the aquariums displayed amazing fish, it was special. jetski hire was fun, i highly recommend it.
the hotel is very dirty and not taken care of. the carpet needs vacuuming. the first room had a poorly made bed with dirty sheets and mismatched pillows. i found mould over the furniture, the tv and phone were broken.

The included ferry and airport transfers. Cockatoos visited the balcony daily. It was so special. I appreciated the inclusion of kayaks, paddle boards, tennis, pool tables, and ping pong. The rainforest walk was interesting and I noticed many wallabies.
The breakfast buffet seemed uninspired after the second day of my visit.

My superior pool view king provided nice marina views. The room contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which proved handy. I noticed the room was clean upon arrival.

The infinity restaurant offered delicious food and an amazing view. The tonic bar proved a great spot for evening drinks. The bartender Thomas made great cocktails. The nightly music enhanced the atmosphere.
